A:Sample lead time:1-3 days if you don't need customized.If you need the watch t be customized,the sample lead time will be 15-25 workdays.
8.What if the watches i received have quality problems,what can you do for me?
A:Before we send the watches,we have professional QC to test the quality,if watches are all in good condition,then we send it.We are responsible for watches with quality problem,but if for man-made damage,like damage during the shipment,improper usage, We are irresponsible.
9.Can i have warrant?
A:Our watches come with a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover the glass and general wear and tear.
