Sample Policy
1. If we cooperate for the first time, we need to charge sample and shipping fee. Sample fee is refundable upon bulk order. If you are our old customer, we will send you our new designs.
2. Generally speaking, sample fee is $30-80, also due to quantity and design you need.
3. Sample lead-time is about 3-5 working days, and can be shipped by DHL, UPS, Fedex, Aramex, EMS etc.
Packing & Shipping
1. Each piece packed into an OPP bag, then into a carton.
2. With a dust bag or gift box, also according to customer's requirements.
3. By courier door to door, such as DHL, UPS, or TNT etc. It takes about 5-7 days.
4. By air to airport, it takes about 5-7 days.
5. By sea to port, it takes about 15-28 days.
6. Also you can have your combined forwarder.

5. What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time usually is about 1~3 days for small orders, for big orders or OEM orders, the delivery time based on your order quantity.
6. Are you able to air ship door to door directly to an FBA fulfillment center?
This is our advantage, we can provide all the labeling services before the FBA, and can provide DDP delivery service.
